Your Role as a Customer Service Agent: You are a 'solutions expert' at the airport. You will work at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and boarding gates. Your main duties include checking in passengers, verifying documents, and selling ancillary services like seat upgrades and baggage fees. A key part of your job is 'service recovery'—proactively re-booking passengers during delays or cancellations. Your Day-to-Day: This is a 24/7 operation. You will be on your feet for your entire shift, multitasking between our check-in system and a steady line of passengers. Training & Onboarding: We provide comprehensive paid training on-site at DEN.
