OGP Associates are the personal shoppers and curbside delivery team that make this service work, picking items from store shelves with the same care customers would use themselves, staging orders in temperature-controlled holding areas, and delivering bags to car trunks with a friendly smile.

Position Overview

Walmart is hiring Online Grocery Pickup Associates to shop, stage, and dispense customer grocery orders at Supercenter and Neighborhood Market locations. You will walk store aisles filling customer orders on a handheld device, stage completed orders in ambient, chilled, and frozen holding areas, and deliver bags to customer vehicles at the curbside pickup zone. This is one of the fastest-growing positions at Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop customer grocery orders by walking store aisles picking items displayed on the handheld OGP device with speed and accuracy.
• Select the freshest produce, meats, dairy, and bakery items using the same quality judgment you would apply for your own family.
• Stage completed orders in the correct temperature zone — ambient, refrigerated, or frozen — until customer arrival.
• Dispense orders to customers at the curbside pickup area, loading bags into vehicles with friendly, efficient service.
• Process substitutions and out-of-stock notifications through the OGP system, selecting appropriate alternatives when available.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 16+ years of age. No prior grocery or retail experience required. Strong attention to product quality and freshness essential. Must walk extensively and lift up to 50 lbs including cases of water and beverages.
