Your Role as a Customer Service Agent: You are a 'solutions expert' at the airport. You will work at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and boarding gates. A key part of your job is 'service recovery'—proactively re-booking passengers during delays or cancellations. Your Day-to-Day: This is a 24/7 operation. Your schedule is based on seniority, so 'entry level' team members must be available for any shift, including early 'day shift' (4 AM start), 'night shift' (11 PM finish), and all 'weekend' and holiday assignments. You will be on your feet for your entire shift, multitasking between our check-in system and a steady line of passengers. Training & Onboarding: We provide comprehensive paid training on-site at DEN. You will learn all our operational software, 'service recovery' procedures, and how to provide 'operational support' to the ramp and flight crews.
