Administrative Duties
- Driver Check-In: Act as the primary point of contact for arriving commercial truck drivers. You will professionally greet drivers, verify their appointments, and assign them to the correct receiving dock doors.

- Data Entry & Scheduling: Utilize Walmart's proprietary warehouse management software to log arriving inventory, schedule future dock appointments, and update the internal database in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate continuously via radio and email with yard hostlers, forklift operators, and operations managers to ensure the dock flows efficiently and bottlenecks are avoided.
