Position Overview

Walmart is hiring Cart Attendants to manage shopping cart retrieval and parking lot maintenance at Supercenter locations. You will collect carts from the parking lot, return them to store entrance corrals, assist customers with carryout service, and maintain the entrance and lobby area. This is an active, outdoor position perfect for individuals who prefer physical work over standing behind a register.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect shopping carts from across the parking lot and push cart trains back to designated store entrance corrals.
• Maintain continuous cart availability at store entrances so arriving customers always have access to clean, functional carts.
• Assist customers with loading heavy or bulky purchases into their vehicles when carryout help is requested.
• Keep the store entrance, lobby, vestibule, and mat areas clean, dry, and free of tripping hazards at all times.
• Monitor parking lot conditions reporting potholes, lighting issues, loose cart corrals, and debris to management.
