Position Overview

Walmart is hiring Electronics Associates to provide expert product consultation and sales assistance in the Electronics department at Supercenter locations. You will assist customers comparing tech products, demonstrate device features, process wireless activations, maintain locked merchandise displays, and ensure the department is merchandised and stocked to Walmart standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers comparing smartphones, laptops, TVs, gaming systems, and accessories with knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Process wireless device activations, upgrades, and trade-ins using carrier-specific systems and Walmart mobile tools.
• Maintain locked display cases ensuring high-value merchandise is secure, properly tagged, and visually presentable.
• Stock shelves and end caps with new electronics freight, setting up promotional displays per merchandising directives.
• Process customer returns and exchanges on electronics items following Walmart's technology return policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Benefits
