You will also be assigned 'on-call support' (reserve) shifts, requiring you to be ready to fly at a moment's notice, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. Training & Onboarding: We provide 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis. You will learn everything from FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures to our specific in-flight service and 'service recovery' techniques.
